As a headshot photographer, I understand the significance of every detail in creating the perfect professional image. This is a great opportunity to tell your story and create a variety of images that speak to your brand.

I had the pleasure of photographing Marisa, owner of Macmom Organizing. It had been years since she updated her images. Her goal was to use her new headshot images for her social media channels, website, and for when she appeared on podcasts or news channels.

Like every session, we started with professional hair and makeup. Then we move to wardrobe. I recommend bringing many outfits as I can help pair all of your wardrobe pieces together and ensure they are true to your brand and personal style. The most important thing is that you feel like yourself!

In this particular case, Marisa even brought a couple of props as she is the in-home organizing partner for the Container store in Bridgewater and Livingston New Jersey.

During each session, I provide expression and posing guidance. It’s not every day that you’re in front of a camera and I understand some people don’t enjoy it. My goal is to focus on having a good time and creating images that exude confidence and personality.
